Must haves:5+ years of experience as a MS Dynamics DeveloperMigration experience from another system to Dynamics (preferably Salesforce)Service, case management, ticketing or call center Dynamics experience.Understanding of API structureExperience extending Dynamics functionality with Plugins, Power Apps, and Power AutomateExperience with C#, .NET, Javascript, and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Blob StorageAbility to think independently and be solution driven.Experience working in an agile development environment. Plusses:Migration from Salesforce to Dynamics experienceExperience migrating or integrating call center services Telephony
