As a MarTech Senior Engineer, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer, (Adobe Practice) focused on demo solutions, you will support Adobe’s demo development team in India by developing and maintaining Adobe’s primary demo system built on AEM. This system is used for providing custom development for customer demonstrations. You will leverage your deep understanding of AEM’s features and functionalities to create robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that showcase the full potential of Adobe Experience Manager.
A MarTech Senior Engineer, AEM Developer (Adobe Practice) will:
Configure or tune Adobe Experience Manager or third-party software Develop automation to integrate components Develop custom application code to meet specific business requirements Collaborate with others to add extensions to existing Adobe software
A MarTech Senior Engineer, AEM Developer (Adobe Practice) will also be responsible for new development, ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization while working closely with account teams utilizing the solution. They will mentor less experienced developers, ensuring proper unit testing and code reviews. Additionally, they will be involved in providing the level of effort for work estimates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Management: Utilize AEM Sites to build and manage websites using templates and ready-to-use components. Ensure seamless content publishing across multiple platforms and channels with AEM’s headless CMS capabilities. Leverage AEM’s generative AI tools for content variations and universal changes.
Digital Asset Management: Use AEM Assets to organize and manage digital files in a cloud-based environment. Implement features such as visual media conversion to handle bulk resizing and formatting of images and videos. Track changes and maintain revision histories for digital assets.
Digital Enrollment and Forms: Develop and maintain digital forms for client onboarding and enrollment processes. Automate workflows to enhance digital transformation and streamline operations.
Digital Screens: Create and manage digital signage using AEM Digital Screens for in-store and venue displays. Coordinate messaging across multiple locations from a single dashboard.
Digital Guides: Use AEM Guides to create structured product documentation and supporting content. Implement component content management to ensure consistency across all help documentation.
Adobe Learning Manager: Integrate with Adobe Learning Manager to create training programs, leveraging ready-made courses and engaging features like gamification and social learning.
Custom Development: Interpret high-level application design and functional specifications to develop application code. Provide expert advice on the best application approaches to meet business needs.
Code Review and Testing: Lead code review sessions, providing detailed code assessments. Develop and execute unit test cases using relevant software languages and IDEs. Document and interpret test results, and correct coding errors.
Project Management: Break down projects into manageable tasks and coordinate multiple developers. Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and due dates are met. Provide Level of Effort estimates for work tasks.
Innovation and Improvement: Identify areas for innovation and improvement within the demo system. Implement industry standards and best practices to maintain the integrity and performance of solutions.
Client Support: Respond to client and stakeholder issues in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on severity and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:
