Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with 2 years of experience who has a foundational understanding of Salesforce development, along with some knowledge in DevOps and integration practices. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and other stakeholders to enhance and customize our Salesforce platform, while also contributing to our DevOps and integration efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations.Collaborate with senior developers to ensure best practices in Salesforce development and integration.Contribute to the automation of the Salesforce development lifecycle through CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Salesforce DX.Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems using APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and adherence to standards.Maintain and update Salesforce documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, including debugging and optimizing Apex code and workflows.Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, and apply relevant changes to improve system performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Basic understanding of DevOps practices such as version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Fundamental knowledge of integration concepts, including REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with tools or platforms used for integration (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud).Familiarity with Salesforce’s data model, security model, and customization options.Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to working within a team.Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I).Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and platforms (e.g., Gearset, Copado).Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.Experience with external service integration and data synchronization.
