Frontend Developer (ReactJS/Next.js) for AI-Powered Legal Startup

We're seeking a talented Frontend Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Next.js to join our innovative legal AI startup. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong collaboration skills, and experience in creating beautiful, responsive user interfaces.

Core Requirements:Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.jsExtensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling and creating responsive designsSolid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniquesExperience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into React applications Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Familiarity with Vercel deployment and optimizationStrong problem-solving skills for resolving bugsAbility to work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect designsExperience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScriptFamiliarity with state management libraries Proficiency in using Axios or Fetch API for making HTTP requests Understanding of SEO best practices and their implementation in Next.jsFamiliarity with AI integrations in frontend applications

Additional Desirable Skills:Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS, including creating custom configurations and pluginsExperience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)Knowledge of UX/UI principlesFamiliarity with A/B testing and analytics integrationExperience with internationalization (i18n) in React applicationsUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and their implementation with Tailwind CSS

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable React components and Next.js pages using Tailwind CSS for stylingImplement responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizesTroubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, bugs, and ticketsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisionsStay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, particularly in the React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS ecosystemWork with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flowImplement and maintain proper documentation for frontend codebase
