Qualifications (Summary):• Advanced English level (B2-C1 required)• 5 – 10 years work experience in software development field• Experience leading software development projects• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for software development projects• Experience documenting requirements and designing software solutions• Experience documenting designs for solutions with the expectation that other developers will follow the design to implement the solution• Experience developing web based application software• Must be willing to travel and be on call to provide on off hours support as required

Job Specific Technology and Skills:• 4+ years experience developing web based applications in PHP5+ using Object Oriented design• Experience with other web based development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)• Experience developing web based applications with Oracle as backend RDBMS• Experience developing web based applications for the Linux operating system
