Capitis is seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive expertise in Appian development and architecture. We're looking for a seasoned professional who can lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute significantly to our Appian practice.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Development: Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design cutting-edge Appian applications that deliver exceptional value.Appian Application Implementation: Lead the development and deployment of Appian-based applications, utilizing best practices and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Technical Expertise: Build and maintain Appian applications, including interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrations.Quality Assurance: Validate solutions against design standards, conduct performance tuning, and participate in code reviews to ensure the highest levels of quality and scalability.Client Collaboration: Present development progress to clients and gather feedback to refine solutions and exceed expectations.Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with QA teams, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver cohesive and user-friendly applications.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated senior-level experience with Appian development, including SAIL, Java, Webservices, databases, BPM, and Agile methodologies.Appian Expertise: Deep understanding of Appian platform essentials and the ability to architect and implement complex features.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Appian expression language, process modeling, and creating custom user experiences.Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and make sound technical decisions.Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
