Job SummaryPerficient is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, Apex programming, and a strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning components, object-oriented programming, and the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work with our product owners and development teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, while adhering to best practices.

What do you need to come aboard?3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and practices.Proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript, XML Schema Definition (XSD), and Salesforce Integration techniques.Experience with database triggers and complex workflows in Salesforce.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, or Service Cloud certifications are highly preferred.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English.

To Rock This Role, You Should:Develop custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce.com, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.Build and maintain complex Salesforce integrations using APIs, SOQL, XML Schema Definitions (XSD), and other Salesforce tools.Design and implement database triggers, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules within the Salesforce environment.Collaborate with product owners and technical architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.Continuously drive improvements in code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and pair programming.Maintain and update documentation for all Salesforce solutions developed.Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
