*In interest of YOUR time, please note that this specific role requires production experience with each of PHP, React, and SQL. After talking with a recruiter, you will be tested via HackerRank in a fairly challenging 3 part test consisting of React, PHP, and SQL as the 1st part of the interview process.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY CLIENT:This client is a boutique consultancy (a full-service software development agency) that works with several large global and FAANG-type companies .... This is a great combo of working with a small white-glove, boutique consultancy, so you will be part of a small, fun team with a relatively flat org, and strong company culture. and many smaller companies too :)

Having worked with this team for a while now I can say with confidence that the president and his team are all incredibly genuine, caring individuals, and under their leadership, they have attracted the likes of many very strong engineers who all work together to maintain an empathetic culture of team players.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:If hired you would spend about 40% of your time on the Back End side (mostly with PHP & SQL), and the remaining 60% will be in the Front End (mostly with React). The products you'd be supporting are end-to-end, so you would be working across the stack.

They are looking for an L2 or L3 dev (AKA "Mid" or "Senior" level engineer ... likely with 5-7+ years of production experience) to support a well-established team working within a full stack capacity on a fascinating, challenging, established product. They also are looking for someone who has the ability to create low fidelity wireframes to quickly communicate UI concepts and ideas to the client.

WHY THIS ROLE? The team you’d join is highly technical and very embedded with a FAANG client team, which (in my opinion) offers the "best of both worlds:

B) Giving you incredibly rare, and high autonomy within an small team as you build the product with an outside, but respected and established agency ... You’d be part of a white glove approach to “contingent” services, yet have a very highly FLEXIBLE schedule and culture.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITSThe budgeted range is 110K - 130K (L2) OR 130K - 150K (L3). There is also a shared bonus pool EOY w/ strong benefits including a base health plan that pays 100% for employees, 50% for dependents. They also offer Dental, Vision and a 4% 401k match. For PTO, they offer 3 weeks vacation, + 10 paid holidays

LOCATIONThe work is 95% Remote (from anywhere in the US) with occasional (2x/year) travel to work alongside the team.
