Cybersecurity Program Metrics Dashboard DeveloperJob DescriptionOverviewWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Metrics Dashboard Developer to join our team and help us design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that display key performance indicators and metrics for our client’s cybersecurity program. You will work closely with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and managers to understand their data needs and translate them into user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards. You will also ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of the data sources and the dashboards.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders and other dashboard users to gather feedback and requirements and to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations.Integrate data from multiple sources, such as vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, security incident and event management systems, etc.Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the dashboards.Design and develop interactive dashboards using various tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc., assuming full SDLC responsibility including Go Live Support.Optimize the performance and usability of the dashboards and implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the dashboards and the data sources.Document the dashboard development process and the data sources and provide user training and guidance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in working with relational and non-relational databases as well as data lakes.Proficient in Python and experience in using data analysis and visualization libraries, such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.Ability to understand and communicate complex data and cybersecurity issues in a clear and concise manner.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.Effective communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
