Sr. Application Developer (C#, .NET, D365 / Power Platform)

We're recruiting a Sr. Application Developer - both Full-Time & 100% Remote, for a Leading Strategic Insurance Advisory Firm (InsurTech) focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes. Combining people and tech, our client offers employers a best-in-class combination of strategic benefit advisory services, analytics, compliance support, HR management tools and comprehensive insurance offerings.

The Sr. Application Developer will join an elite Product & Engineering unit building internal & external user facing products, revolutionizing business channels. This will have a direct focus with business stakeholders – aligning fresh-thinking IT vision to business initiatives.

Building Disruptive Products / Bridging Tech & People / Causing Transformational Change

Core Fundamentals:-Proven exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365) development, customizations, and administration.-Proven in desiging and developing custom APIs in C# .NET.-Proven experience developing Power Platform solutions.-Experienced in Agile & Azure.-Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).-Strong understanding within SQL databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).

Roadmap for Focus / Growth:-Heavily involved in projects that receive consistent Executive visibility.-Ability for further building/molding additional talent resources to be hired in '24.-Paved roadmap for continued growth into new roles as the Product Innovation team continues to evolve.
