Senior RPA Blue Prism Developer

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team. You should have a strong background in Blue Prism and experience with complete RPA projects. If you're passionate about automation, programming, APIs, and databases, we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:Design and build RPA solutions using Blue Prism.Handle all stages of RPA projects: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Work with stakeholders to find automation opportunities and define benefits.Create and set up automation processes based on business needs.Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions to ensure they run efficiently.Integrate RPA solutions with other systems, including mainframes.Guide and mentor junior RPA developers.Document RPA processes and solutions for future use and updates.

Technical Skills and Experience:5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.Proficient in programming languages like C#, .NET, Java, or Python.Strong skills with APIs and databases.Experience with OCR tools is a plus.Experience with mainframe applications is desirable.Proven track record in complete RPA project delivery.

Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
