The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a primary focus on React.js and Node.js.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end and back-end code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate implementation of the product.Code quality and testing: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug: Identify and fix performance issues and bugs in the application.Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application’s relevance and efficiency.Required Skillset:React.js: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, with experience in React.js workflows such as Redux.Node.js: Experience in building server-side applications using Node.js and its frameworks (Express.js).HTML/CSS: Proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.RESTful APIs: Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.Version control: Proficiency in Git for code versioning and collaboration.Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
