Appian Developer Senior - 100% Remote We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to join our international team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, utilizing the latest Appian technologies. Responsibilities:Appian application development and configuration: Model and automate complex business processes, from design to implementation; configure intuitive and efficient user interfaces; integrate legacy and modern systems using connectors and APIs; develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor process performance.Architecture and design: Help the development of scalable and robust solutions, considering business requirements and Appian development best practices; analyze and optimize existing application performance; contribute to the definition of complex solution architecture.Support and maintenance: Provide technical support to users and identify and resolve issues; perform ongoing application maintenance, including updates and bug fixes; document solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Appian development.English: Fluent, both written and spoken - Mandatory.Certifications: Appian Certified Developer or other relevant certifications - Plus.Technologies: Deep knowledge of the Appian platform, including BPM, RPA, integrations, and interface development; experience with relational and non-relational databases; knowledge in other development tools such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban).Soft skills: Proactivity, organization, teamwork, effective communication, results-oriented, and adaptability to different organizational cultures.
