Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with at least 1-2 years of full-time working experience or experience in consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java programming, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This is an in-person position with postings at various locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our applications and processes.

Requirements:Prefer candidates with Green Card, Green Card EAD, or US citizenship.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1-2 years of full-time working experience as a Java Developer or experience in consulting projects.Strong proficiency in Java programming language.Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React is a plus.Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Bilingual in English/Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
