Proven Experience in design, development, deployment, configuration, and scripting.Experience with ServiceNow development, including tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, etc.Experience implementing systems using the Agile methodologies.Experience with Automatic Test Framework (ATF)Experience evaluating existing processes and workflows.Experience in supporting business analysts in stakeholder discovery sessions.Ability to engage in functional discussions with stakeholders when needed.Experience in designing and implementing IT and non-IT process workflows.Experience with integrating third-party applications with ServiceNow using integration hub/Service Graph Connector/API.Experience with employee center/customer portal
Mandatory RequirementsUS Citizenship Certified ServiceNow Application Developer CIS in CSM, ITSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, or HRSD (One or more strongly preferred).
