The Digital Analytics Developer position in Data and Analytics COE will play a critical role in upgrading digital analytics and reporting capabilities. The Analyst is responsible for migrating Google Analytics Universal to Google Analytics 4 using the Tealium data management solution. Specific tasks include implementing GA4 tags on website pages and mobile native app, setting up GA4 accounts/properties and configuring accounts settings by collaborating between the Marketing, Digital teams and vendors in the digital data space. As we expand our digital capabilities, it becomes increasingly important to understand customer activities and events across the web and mobile, further developing customer personas and audiences.

Responsibility (add-ons):

Tag, Test, and Validate GA4 event tag functioning and perform periodic audits to identify any broken tags/issues due to content changes.Design and Develop GA4 SDR based on Google Universal SDR.Maintain and build upon a documentation archive to ensure we continually track existing tagging and update in accordance with the change.Implement advanced tracking capabilities for event tracking, screen/page interaction document downloads, video/content consumption, abandonments etc.Build relationships with business users of the data to support their requirements through effective communication, data governance, and documentation.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in managing tags for web/mobile applications.GA4 implementation experience.expert level knowledge of Tag management system, specifically Tealium IQ.Understanding of tag manager concepts.Ability to test and validate tags.Expert in developing GA4.Understanding of Data taxonomy.Ability to design and develop digital measurement solution.

Must have Skills:

2-5 years of experienceGoogle Analytics 4TealiumJavaScript (JS).

Nice to have Skills:

CAPIGoogle Cloud PlatformGoogle MarTech Understanding.
