Role Overview:We're seeking a skilled developer with 6-7 years of experience in Node.JS, API integration, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be highly coachable, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, run with them independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automation solutions using Node.JS and SQL Server.Work with APIs to integrate various tools and systems.Collaborate closely with team leads to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Automate the flow of data between multiple tools, such as requirement gathering tools, intake forms, and configuration tools.Actively participate in a LIVE CODING exercise during the interview process.

Technical Skills Needed:Proficiency in Node.JS and working with APIs.Strong experience with SQL Server.Ability to pass a LIVE CODING exercise during the interview.

Soft Skills Needed:Coachable/Teachable: Open to feedback and eager to learn.Proactive: Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and independently figure out solutions.Strong Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.Independent Worker: Capable of taking requirements from the lead and executing tasks with minimal direction.
