As a member of our marketingteam, you will design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services tosupport our internal clients and customers. You will play a critical role in enhancing userexperiences and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities● Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for ourinternal clients and customers.● Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needsand developing new features to automated testing and deployment.● Continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platformsand standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability inmind.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications formaximum speed and scalability.● Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.● Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications● Preferred B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology or Computer Science.● High proficiency and 4+ years of technical experience in JavaScript, HTML, React,CSS latest version, Bootstrap, TypeScript.● Strong experience in user-centric design/UX design and automated testing.● Proven experience with cloud platforms (preferably MS Azure) in an agileenvironment.● Excellent visual skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction.● Strong communication skills, with fluency in English for presentations and technicalwriting.● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
