Senior Lead Developer

Lead Developer(Permanent remote)12 Months Note: This role demands 50% of the time in client communication and 50% in hands-on development. Seeking Tech Lead level candidates with strong healthcare payer domain experience, exceptional development, and communication skills. Position Overview:This role involves delivering scalable cloud-based (AWS) solutions for business-critical applications, being part of an agile, full-stack software engineering team, and leading integration work for Clinical Systems implementation projects. Essential Functions:• Investigate and document various work processes.• Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for the Clinical Solutions tower.• Develop proof of concepts for workflow demonstration.• Analyze data requirements in clinical systems and resolve complex integration issues.• Coordinate deliverable schedules, offer integration guidance, and maintain application landscape information.• Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business needs.• Ensure data quality, identify integration errors, and improve data quality.• Determine ways to reuse data structures, interfaces, and APIs for other business needs.• Provide support to integration developers by documenting transformation rules and procedures. Position Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.• Minimum 8 years of integration System development experience – Java, API Development • Minimum 5 years of requirements gathering and solutions design experience.• Interest in behavioral health is required; experience is preferred.• Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, S3, ECS, Lambda), AWS Lambda languages (NodeJS or Python), SQL, API development, Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Proficient in queuing and asynchronous processing.
