Expectation from Ideal CandidateA Laravel pro with over 3 years of experience, who thrives on clean code and efficient problem-solving, excels at crafting robust APIs, and is a strong communicator. S/he is a collaborative problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation. A commitment to writing clean, efficient code and continuous learning is essential.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain server-side logic using Laravel, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Stay informed on emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of professional experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Laravel.Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework, Laravel eco system, with a deep understanding of MVC architecture.Experience with relational databases like MySQL, including designing and optimizing queries.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, including designing, developing, and integrating them.Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Veu.js is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
