Must-Have: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript. Self-Learner: Hands-on and obsessive about best practices in software development. Sense of Ownership: Commitment to implementing the highest quality solutions. Programming Expertise: Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies. Web Architecture: Ability to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure. Agile and XP Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment.
