Flexibility in the workplace enables us to fit work around life, whether that is spending time on the school run, running up a mountain, or giving our time to others. We find this leads to a more relaxed working atmosphere. Flexibility within our companies means that many of our team choose to work part time, some with reduced hours in holidays, and some take shorter days or later starts or finishes in the work day.
