Job Description:The Senior Full Stack Developer is an experienced software developer that will provide their expertise to our growing software development team and helps scale our products for our clients. This team member applies and oversees development principles, techniques and scientific methods in IT. Develops and maintains software per company’s requirements with assistance from mid-level and lead developers.Key aspects of this position are to work with the VP of Engineering and the Lead Developer through all phases of the software development cycle and serve as a mentor to mid-level developers.Need To Knows:

Skills and Qualifications
Must have master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business, OR equivalent work experienceMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing production-quality software executed within linux-based systemsMust have 5 years of hands-on experience with backend RESTful API development (Ruby on Rails preferred)Must have 5 years of hands-on experience at least in one front-end framework i.e. ReactJS, Typescript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Javascript (familiarity with React 17 preferred)Must possess 5 years of hands-on experience with databases i.e. PostgreSQL and Elasticache (Redis) preferredMust have experience with TDD testing principles : rspec, capybara, Jest, and react-testing-libraryMust have 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web ServiceVerify and validate fellow developers’ codeAbility to actively contribute to a positive and cohesive team environmentWork effectively with Mobilize staff at all levels, in all departmentsAble to work with diverse, geographically distributed teams
Requirements:
Able to pass a security background checkAble to travel (Mandatory travel 3 times per year for company work retreats)Able to participate in all virtual calls with camera on (required during interviews)Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States
