Position: Python Full Stack Developer - PanelistExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: RemoteJob Type: Part Time About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our team as a panelist. In this role, you will assess and evaluate candidates' technical proficiency during the interview process, ensuring that only the best talent is brought on board. Your deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be crucial in identifying top candidates. Key Responsibilities:Technical Evaluation: Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills in Python, full-stack development, and related technologies.Assessment Creation: Develop technical assessment criteria and coding challenges that accurately reflect the job requirements.Feedback Provision: Provide detailed feedback on candidates’ technical abilities, coding practices, and problem-solving approaches.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the role and tailor assessments accordingly.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in Python and full-stack development to ensure the evaluation process remains current and effective. Technical Requirements:Backend Development: Expert-level knowledge of Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Frontend Development: Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Database Management: Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.APIs and Web Services: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Version Control: Proficiency in Git and other version control systems.Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as PyTest, Selenium, or JUnit. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and full-stack development.Proven track record of building and deploying scalable web applications.Prior experience as a technical panelist or interviewer is highly desirable.
