Senior Web Developer

Position Description:

We seek a Web Developer – CMS & Email Specialist with proven experience in developing websites using development frameworks and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Webflow. The ideal candidate should also have experience in creating emails that render correctly across various versions of Outlook, ensuring consistent and optimal viewing.

Required Skills:Proven Programming Experience: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript for building and maintaining websites.Database Management: Ability to manipulate databases, preferably MySQL.Experience with CMS: Strong knowledge in creating, configuring, and managing websites and landing pages using WordPress and Webflow.Front-End Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with Bootstrap and the ability to apply these frameworks in developing responsive interfaces.Email Template Development: Ability to create email templates that function well across different versions of Outlook, using techniques like Outlook conditional CSS.Excellent English Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, to interact with international teams and clients.

Responsibilities:Site and Landing Page Development: Use development skills to create websites and landing pages from scratch or modify existing ones.CMS Configuration: Customize themes and plugins in WordPress and/or Webflow according to project needs.User Experience Optimization: Implement responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile.Website Maintenance: Perform updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal site performance.Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other developers to translate visual requirements into functional websites.Testing and Reporting: Conduct performance tests, monitor site functionality, and prepare monthly reports for clients.Pardot Form Development and Styling: Use HTML and CSS to design and style Pardot forms, ensuring they integrate cohesively and attractively with website design.Standards Compliance: Ensure that all websites adhere to best development practices and web standards.Technical Management: Implement and manage technical solutions that enhance site visibility and efficiency.Support and Training: Provide technical support to other team members on web development best practices.Performance Analysis: Evaluate website performance and make necessary technical adjustments to improve speed and accessibility.Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to present progress, resolve issues, and adjust projects according to their needs.

Desirable Qualifications:Knowledge of React.Js and Next.Js frameworks.Experience with GitHub and version control.Experience with Technical SEO
