Magento/Shopify Developer

ROLE: Devops/Magento Devdeloper Krypson Infomatics is looking for a full-time Magento developer with good experience in PHP, MySQL, Magento2, DevOps, CMS and Javascript frameworks (JQuery/ KnockoutJS). The candidate must have hands on experience on Magento Commerce and must have excellent communication skills and, must have experience dealing with US clients. The Developer should be capable to developing Magento custom module, templates, customization/ custom solutions, and handling Magento upgrades and migration from M1 to M2.

DUTIES ALSO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 2 years’ experienceGood understanding of Magento’s code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback componentsGood experience in customizing Magento’s backend and front-end components using Models, layout XML, blocks, and templatesCompetent knowledge in e-commerce data organization and relationshipsStore Catalog (categories/products/attributes)Sales orders (quotes/orders/invoices/shipments/credits)Experience in Magento B2B (Shared Catalog/Negotiable Quotes/Quick Order)Extending core Magento extensions and API integrationsExperience integrating Magento stores with ERP systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics NAV, Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, MasterpackExperience in CSS preprocessors like SASS/LessJQuery/Knockout/Angular/React or Ember JS experienceVagrant/Docker toolsBasic understanding of common attacks and how to prevent them (code injection, post hacking, sql injection, etc)Git or other version controlAgile methodologiesUnderstanding of fundamental OOPS conceptsCreate and deliver data-driven reports Design, code and test web and other software applicationsEnhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvementMaintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defectsInvestigate and develop skills in new technologies Create technical specifications and test requirementsConsult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasksImplement new software with an understanding of industry standard best practices
