You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop robust workflows, and integrate them into our Wexa platform. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand automation needs and define technical requirements.Design, develop, and deploy Coworkers using Wexa AI.Integrate RPA workflows with Wexa.ai’s existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.Migrate RPA workflows to Wexa.Troubleshoot and optimize Wexa Coworkers to improve performance and reliability.Document processes, create user guides, and provide training to end-users as needed.Stay updated on the latest AI Automation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our automation strategies.Work with the Wexa platform team to ensure that automation solutions align with overall product goals and architecture.

Qualifications:Basic understanding in using Wexa AI Platform.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed automation projects.Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Solid understanding of programming languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript.Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with various systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of process mining and optimization techniques.
