Service now Developer

ServiceNow Developers (5+ Years of Experience) - {Remote}Note: Only candidates with at least 5 years of experience should apply.

Location: Remote Contract: One year, extendable

Experience & Competency:

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITOM modules.- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices.- Experience in Observability is a plus.- Proficient in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms.- Skilled in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and script includes.- Experience with User Management, including groups, users, roles, and ACLs.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous.- Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to support IT service management processes.- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with data migration activities.- Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Additional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus.- Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is beneficial.

Integration:

• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow.- Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Generate and analyze reports related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.- Ensure the organization is prepared for audits and regulatory inspections.
