Backend Python Developer for AI-Powered Legal Startup

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our innovative legal AI startup. The ideal candidate will have strong FastAPI experience, solid Python development skills, and an interest in AI.

Core Requirements:Proficiency in FastAPI frameworkStrong Python development skillsExperience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficient in SQLKnowledge of RESTful API design principlesUnderstanding of security best practices in web developmentSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiativePassionate about AIEnthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Celery or similar task queue systemsFamiliarity with OpenAI or Anthropic APIsKnowledge of AI prompting techniquesAWS cloud platform experiencePostman experience

Additional Desirable Skills:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with test-driven development (TDD)Knowledge of agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with microservices architecture
