What You Will Be Doing
Developing application software within project timelines and quality standards
Working as part of a global and diversified team to improve the development process
Propose architectual solutions
Participating in all phases of software development lifecycle
Participating in design and code review
Having crucial contributions to several projects
Being a team advocate of engineering standards
Designing several simpler systems or one complex system
Guiding and mentoring engineers with lower seniority level
Being an active participant in company within knowledge sharing initiatives
Leading estimation meetings
Creating assumptions, which have impact on final estimation, and explaining them to the client
Actively voicing concerns during project planning
You Are a Perfect Match If You've Got
5+ years of Java development
Professional experience with Java 11+, SQL, Spring Boot, Kafka
Experience with reactive programming (ideally Vert.x framework)
Experience with microservice architecture
Experience in the collections API
Proficiency in business design
Ability to support business
Advanced English and Polish
