Back End Developer

NOTE: This is not an internal role with Opentensor Foundation. We are assisting with hiring for Bittensor Subnets 18, 19, 41, with potential similar job opportunities on other Subnets. Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join our team and help lead the development of our Bittensor subnet. In this role, you will work closely with the team to enhance, maintain, and scale our distributed systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems.Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in backend development, decentralized systems, and AI technologies.

Required Skills:Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on backend development.Experience with FastAPI, RapidAPI, or similar frameworks.Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.Experience with asynchronous programming and Docker.Familiarity with decentralized systems and blockchain technology is a plus.
