About The Role

We are searching for Java Application Developers to join our team to develop market-leading Java-based applications used in software services projects. Our consultants work within an Agile, test-driven and collaboratively environment to create reliable, scalable, and effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for the back end development using Java-Spring-Hibernate stack. You will be a key contributor to the success of our solutions, if you are passionate about innovating and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today!

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver reliable, scalable, and effective solutions from back end perspective.Ship great software that is scalable and robust and then keep it humming.Identify gaps in knowledge, tools, and process and work with relevant stakeholders to address the gaps.Incorporate best development practices and habits and help build tooling to enforce it.Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Collaborates with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Expertise You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.8+ years of technical software development experience with Java language for enterprise solutions that are customer centric.Hands-on experience with Design Patterns.Solid multi-threading understanding.Relational database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc)ORM Framework & dependency injection framework experience (Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc)Experience with caching (synchronization, cache eviction, available tech, etc)Building REST APIs

Nice To Have Skills:

NoSQL experience (Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)Messaging/stream processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)Docker & Kubernetes experienceAWS/Cloud
