Associate Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresher candidates with basic knowledge and experience in Java, Python, AI, or database management systems like PostgreSQL. As an Associate Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the design, development, testing, and documentation of new applicationsCollaborate with senior developers to implement build procedures that support software product developmentDebug and troubleshoot existing code, identifying and resolving errorsDevelop prototypes to demonstrate the application of new technologiesWrite and maintain software code in programming languages such as Java or PythonWork on relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, to manage and manipulate data.Interact with clients to understand their issues and provide technical solutionsContribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Create technical documentation, including diagrams and flowcharts, to support development activitiesProvide constructive feedback to team members and managementIdentify and resolve minor programming bugsParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python and AI technologiesFamiliarity with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQLUnderstanding of software development tools like Visual Studio, GitHub, or similarAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex problems with a hands-on approachStrong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
