Requirements

4-6 years in Software Development & Support for large scale platforms Experience in PHP(CodeIgniter), HTML, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, GIT, & MySQL Background in software analysis, debugging & problem isolationAbility to respond professionally to emails & track issues in CRM Self-starter, independent worker with problem-solving attitudeBachelor's/College degree in Computer Science or related fieldsProficient in written or verbal English

Responsibilities

Design and develop new scalable platform features.Take part in Agile software development cycle and collaborate with all members.Enhance system robustness and performance with attention to details.Provide Software Support for large scale production platforms.Be the main contact for escalations raised by internal teams & external clients. Investigate, troubleshoot, analyze systems and logs of reported issues.Stabilize the situation, suggest workarounds, and update clients. Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams and provide input. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout issues resolution.
