About the ProductWe’re developing a web platform that enables end-to-end digital experience for customers applying for a mortgage in the US. From a customer perspective, the platform is a mortgage offer aggregator that allows users to upload all financial documents and provide information on what conditions they could get a mortgage from multiple providers, compare and choose the best deal. From a business perspective, this is an end-to-end business management system with both customer and internal business administrative applications and a sophisticated backend with 3rd party integrations. Architecturally, the platform consists of multiple applications, such as a consumer web application, business administration back office applications, agents portal, CRM system, documents processing, integration with IP telephony, and integrations with multiple engines that automate financial calculations.
We’re looking for a motivated Junior React.js Developer willing to join our team, who is eager to learn fast at work and beyond, not afraid of working hard, and sees a professional career as a Software Engineer.
ResponsibilitiesBe an engaged contributor in a development team, design, develop, and implement user-friendly web applications using React.js.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.Assist in gathering and refining technical requirements from project stakeholders.Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolutions and reliable bug fixes.Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.Actively learn industry trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies.Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through self-learning.Follow agile development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning and project meetings.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Familiarity with React.js and its core principles.Knowledge of web technologies such as RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Fluent written and spoken English.
