Frontend Developer

Position: Front-End DeveloperLevel: Mid to SeniorLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2+ years (Mid-Level) / 5+ years (Senior-Level)Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain: Build, optimize, and maintain robust, high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies.Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate design wireframes and concepts into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web pages.Performance Optimization: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices, including code reviews and testing.Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process.Mentorship (Senior-Level): Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Parcel, npm/yarn).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.For Senior-Level, Experience in mentoring and leading development teams is a plusOther Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScript.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
