Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack DeveloperExperience: 8 to 15 YearsKey Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Architect, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular. Lead and mentor junior developers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to ongoing innovation within the organization. Qualifications: 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong focus on full-stack development. Proven expertise in building scalable applications using Spring framework. Solid experience with modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular. Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with agile development methodologies. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
