Required Skills: (5+ years)

Experience as a PowerBuilder developer using PB10 or more recent versions.Strong SQL skills (HiCAMS uses a Sybase database but SQL skills in any database platform are acceptable)Strong Microsoft Suite experience, particularly ExcelExperience working in a remote software development environmentStrong analytical, conceptual, and technical skillsPositive interpersonal skills coupled with an independent, self-motivated work ethicAbility to work with a custom base-classProven written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users

Preferred Skills:

Development experience in C#Development experience in JavaExperience coding stored procedures and triggers (any database)Experience developing in a Visual Studio environmentData conversion experience
