Skill Requirements of an Odoo Developer:-

Must have strong knowledge of JS, CSS, Odoo POS, Odoo Web, & Backend.Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.Complete understanding of Odoo's basic flows and their functionalities.Minimum 2+ years of experience required in Odoo DevelopmentExperience in various modules like POS, web, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HrShould have strong architectural understanding of Odoo 16 and 17 versions

Responsibilities of Odoo Developer:-

Develop and customize Odoo modules, and migrate data & code as per the requirements.Write and demonstrate functional and technical documents, flowcharts, layouts, and code and keep code clean, readable & optimizedGathering all requirements and developing & customized the modules accordingly.Bug Fixing, performance optimization, and production supportAbility to explore new Odoo technologies and upskill yourself by participating in the Odoo community, online forums, or relevant groups.Developing technical documentation of the Odoo projects to guide future development.
