The developer will be in charge of creating scalable, secure back-end systems, especially for observability and data ingestion platforms. In order to solve the difficulties in protecting sensitive data, the company is using data dispersed among clouds, SaaS, applications, storage systems, and data centers to decouple security from infrastructure. During their Series C round, the company has managed to secure more than $133mn in funding. Responsibilities:
Back-end services should be designed and implemented with security, dependability, and performance in mindUse Rust to create and manage safe and effective back-end servicesCreate and execute data intake pipelines with performance and scalability in mindWork in secure computer settings, such as creating apps inside of secure environmentsWork together to create microservices and put CI/CD pipelines into placeTake part in database optimization, design, and scalability improvementsParticipate in the creation and upkeep of frameworks and tools for data observabilityMaintain strict adherence to security guidelines and compliance in all database administration procedures
Good to have:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a software developerDemonstrable experience working with Rust and other related technologiesProlific experience creating scalable, secure back-end systemsThorough understanding of secure-by-design concepts and background in safe computer environmentsExtensive background in creating and managing pipelines for data intake and egressCompetence with CI/CD procedures and microservices architectureDemonstrable experience working with AWS, Azure, and Data ManagementProficiency with database architecture, scaling, and optimizationIn-depth knowledge of data observability principles and resourcesSolid comprehension of database administration compliance requirements and security procedures
