Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sr. Front End Developer to lead the development of user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies and a proven track record in building and optimizing responsive, high-performance web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement user interfaces for web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and aesthetics. Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences. Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Implement and uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end performance and usability. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on front-end development and best practices.

Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in building and optimizing web applications. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Experience with modern build tools and development workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.). Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
