Wordpress Developer

About the Role:On behalf of our US client, we're seeking a Mid-Senior WordPress developer.

You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining custom WordPress websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and performant. You'll work closely with designers and other developers to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:Solid WordPress development experienceBuild responsive websites that adapt seamlessly to different devicesImplement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptTroubleshoot and debug website issuesOptimize websites for speed and performanceCollaborate effectively with other team membersCommunicate clearly in English, both written and verbal

Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience in WordPress developmentStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptAbility to create custom WordPress themes and pluginsExperience with responsive design principlesSolid understanding of MySQL databasesComfortable using command line and Git version controlExcellent attention to detail and clean coding practicesAbility to work effectively in the USA timezone

Bonus Points for:Experience with Sage by roots.ioFamiliarity with Tailwind CSSKnowledge of React, Redux, or VuePHP back-end development skillsShopify/Liquid experienceTechnical SEO knowledge
