Full Stack Java Developer - Bangalore, India

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications throughout the production lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with the Product team to meet user needs, designing and building solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and working in both backend and frontend development environments.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Product team to determine requirements and propose solutions.Design, build, and thoroughly test software solutions using relevant programming languages.Analyze and troubleshoot complex application and SQL problems.Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Uphold Hyatt’s core values and demonstrate integrity and maturity in addressing challenges.

Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot) and REST API development.Experience with container development (Kubernetes) and SQL.Strong scripting skills (Unix Shell scripts and/or Python).Hands-on experience with backend and frontend development.

Preferred Skills:Experience with data pipeline development (Informatica PowerCenter/IICS).Knowledge of databases (Snowflake, DB2, Redshift) and AWS cloud architecture.Experience with Privacy Platform integration is a plus.
