Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:Responsible for the full life cycle of medium to large-sized complex projects; strong technical skills; strong ability to understand complex business processes. Develops solutions based on extensive technical knowledge, skills, and experience; influences the client towards innovative/integrated solutions.Required Profile:• Collaborate on the work of the development team to regularly define standards and acceptance criteria and conduct regular code reviews• Collaborate with the development team during norming and forming sessions• Report status of the work, gather changes and collaborate on refining delivery plans and target solutions ANALYSIS AND REQUIREMENTS GATHERING• Gather complex system requirements by meeting with clients and researching existing technology to understand the business requirements and possible solutions for new applications. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT• Develop/change data input, files/database structures, data transformation, algorithms, and data output by using appropriate computer language/tools to provide technical solutions for complex application development tasks.• Document code and associated processes by adhering to development methodologies, adding code comments and appropriate documentation to various knowledge-base system(s) to simplify code maintenance and improve support.• Collaborate with sharing experience and expertise in designing and developing innovative integrated solutions.• Support the rest of the team as applicableTESTING AND DOCUMENTATION• Test all changes by using the appropriate complex test scenarios to ensure all delivered solutions work as expected and errors are handled in a meaningful way.• Author and maintain documentation by writing audience-appropriate materials to serve as technical and/or end-user references. IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE• Implement changes by adhering to the change management policies and procedures for any given project to communicate to all parties the nature, significance, and risk factors of the solution.• Monitor changes and resolve complex problems by responding as they occur, by reviewing all processing and output of the newly implemented solution, and by proactively ensuring the solution works successfully in order to satisfy the customer requirements and to provide a smooth transition to the new solution.• Provide support by investigating and resolving issues, including complex issues to ensure prompt, effective service.Required Technical Skills: The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:• Expert knowledge of ReactJS frameworks and its related concepts and libraries.• Expert knowledge of Umi.js and its ecosystem, including configuring and customizing build processes using Webpack.• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript.• Solid knowledge of CSS and styling frameworks such as Ant Design.• Expert knowledge of Java 8+, EJB, JSF and JSP• Expert knowledge of SOAP and RESTful services and API Integration• Expert knowledge of Spring framework (Spring cloud, Spring web, Spring security, Spring boot..)• Expert knowledge of Hibernate and JPA, SQL and noSQL• Expert knowledge of Git, Gradle and Maven tools• Demonstrable experience in optimizing performance for react applications.• Knowledge of building and deploying applications using Docker Containers.• Ability to create a seamless user experience by implementing UI and UX principles, concepts, and techniques.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in the context of technical documentation and collaboration with team members.• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail to meet project deadlines effectively.• Exemplary customer service skills, as effective communication with clients or end-users is crucial.• Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the context of development.• Adaptability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced, and constantly evolving high-growth environment.• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and manage multiple tasks effectively.• Capability to collaborate within a team environment, including cross-functional teamwork.• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and data.The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, AWS Services.• Headless/decoupled development.• Semantic markup, accessibility, version control.• Experience upgrading and migrating legacy web applications.• Experience participating in Agile projects.
