Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop ServiceNow applications and customizations, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.Ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances. Implement best practices to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Provide support for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Senior level development experience as ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOMExperience with integration tools and methodologies; MuleSoft experience is a plusStrong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration skills.
