ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the CTO & Head of Platform to implement platform visionDeveloping new back-end capabilities for data-focused Web App/PlatformBuilding additional functionality for paying clientsOptimising existing functionality based on customer feedbackCollaborate with development teamsStay up-to-date on emerging technologiesRequirementsLanguages/Frameworks: Typescript/Node JS/TerraformDatabase: MongoDB/MySQLDevOps: AWS Architecture - experience with Lambda/Serverless requiredVersion Control: GitLab or similarTesting: Jest or similarExperience of Agile working3 years or more commercial experienceBenefitsSalary: £45,000-£55,000 Depending on experienceLocation: Remote with option for South Wales-based office workingAnnual Leave: 30 days (includes bank holidays) + bonus day for BirthdayEquipment: Macbook Pro and £200 to spend on accessories to work remotely
