Web Application Developer

About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about developing innovative web applications and enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain next-generation websites and web tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall user experience.- Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content, ensuring high-quality delivery.- Lead various design tasks in the web development lifecycle, from start to finish, taking initiative on new projects and innovations.

Must-Have Skills:- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in applications or website development.- Proficiency with Web development tools like React.js, JavaScript, REST services, CSS, JSON, and XML.- Experience in code refactoring, code cleanup, and usage of static code analysis tools.

Desired Skills:- Experience in PHP is a plus.- Experience with unit test frameworks and their usage is a plus.- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in applications or website development.

Compensation:- Competitive salary with a standard hike on the previous CTC (in Lakhs).

Additional Information:- The first 6 months will be onsite in Panjim, Goa. Post this period, candidates will have the flexibility to work remotely.
