Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Home Builder Tools/Collaboration Table team at Paradigm as we build a next generation platform for Home Builders to manage their projects, connect with their customers, and collaborate with their teams. You will build new features and enhancements for an extremely successful platform that is being used by 10’s of thousands of homebuilders across the United States today, as we invest significantly in the growth of this platform to reach a new set of users. You will be part of a team transforming the homebuilding industry, with truly next generation capabilities.

What You Will Do:

You will implement new features and enhancements for our application, running on Azure with a .net core backend and React front end.You will participate in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives. You will collaborate with peers and lead developers, releasing to production frequently.You will work with product management to understand product goals, and suggest solution approaches for achieving those goals.You will write unit tests, and ensure your code performs well and meets all functional requirements.You will participate in code reviews with other project team members, and adhere to style guidelines and best practices suggested by team leads.

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.2+ Years of experience in C# or React developing complex web applicationsYou are a critical thinker, with creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and a proven problem-solving ability.You can take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.You are very organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; you are able to work individually as well as with a team.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
