Senior UI/UX Developer

Project descriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated UI Developer to join our team for the development of a cutting-edge Trade Management Platform tailored for the commodity trading industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in JavaScript, have a strong understanding of UX concepts and ergonomics, and bring experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our trading professionals. Given that the project currently has no dedicated UX designers, your expertise in UX and UI will be essential in guiding the design and implementation process.

ResponsibilitiesUI Development: Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces for the Trade Management Platform using JavaScript and related technologies.UX Focus: Apply your understanding of UX concepts and ergonomics to ensure that the platform is user-friendly and meets the needs of end-users, primarily commodity traders and related stakeholders.Framework Adaptability: Be open and willing to learn new frameworks or tools as needed to support the project's goals. Your flexibility and enthusiasm for continuous learning are critical.Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, and end-users to translate business requirements into functional UI designs.Enterprise Software Design: Leverage your experience in designing and implementing enterprise software to build robust, scalable solutions that can handle the complexities of commodity trading.

Must have skillsJavaScript Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and ergonomics, with a proven ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Enterprise Software Experience: Prior experience in designing and implementing enterprise software solutions, preferably within the financial or trading sector.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends as needed.Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential UI/UX issues.Nice to haveExperience in the financial or commodity trading industry is a plus.Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., .NET, Java) is advantageous.
