About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Camunda Engineer to join our team and take a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing business process workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the automation and efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Design and Implementation: - Design, model, and implement complex workflows using Camunda, ensuring efficient automation of business processes.

2. Integration Expertise: - Seamlessly integrate Camunda with existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth communication and data flow across platforms.

3. Customization and Configuration: - Tailor Camunda to specific business needs by configuring processes, decision tables, and other critical components for optimal performance.

4. Technical Documentation: - Produce comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and development.

5. Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to translate business requirements into effective Camunda solutions.

6. Troubleshooting and Support: - Provide expert technical support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operation of Camunda-based workflows.

7. Continuous Improvement: - Stay up-to-date with Camunda advancements and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Camunda Expertise: - Proven experience with Camunda BPM, including workflow design, decision tables, and task forms.

2. Java Development: - Strong proficiency in Java development, essential for working with Camunda's Java-based technologies.

3. Integration Skills: - Experience integrating Camunda with other systems using REST APIs, message queues, and related technologies.

4. Problem-Solving Abilities: - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and provide innovative solutions using Camunda.

5. Communication Skills: - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.

6. Documentation Skills: - Strong ability to create detailed and concise technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

7. Team Collaboration: - A team player who can work collaboratively and contribute to the success of projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in workflow automation, integration, and BPM-related technologies.- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Camunda development and workflow automation.
